Look, even in the most optimistic scenario—assuming, for the sake of argument, that this person hasn't actually done anything illegal—the situation remains problematic.
Constantly harping on about hard work and effort, portraying oneself as someone who has toiled endlessly, only to engage in pure marketing and rake in huge sums of money from people—that is, at best, unethical.
Of course, the use of artificial intelligence and the dishonest claims make it clear that such an optimistic view isn't accurate.
