As a note, I've reached out to Ken, with an open invitation to provide some answers and clarifications regarding the criticisms:

If Ken does answer, I ask that all wishing to participate in that discussion aim to keep things civilized. Not overly polite or uncritical! Civilized.

And additionally, stay aware of derailment trolls who just try to pull the discussion into chaos.
