issues with history display in RRC over NN over IP

hi! having some issues with the most recent nomadnet update with RRC, and @neutral is wanting logs to see if something they goofed up is causing the issue, but i can't seem to figure out how to get the rrc-log-dump.py script to work :/

it gives me this when i try to run it

as for the actual issues, history is getting saved to the chat log file, and i can view current session history just fine, but it seems like history isn't being read properly, as the last message i can see (before current session history) is from a couple days ago when @mark was talking about trying to do identity signing with base256 encoding
